My AC on my townhouse broke this past weekend and of course when it started to get 90+ outside. I had one company come out and assess my outside unit and tell me I needed a new compressor and motor or to buy a new unit altogether. After not being ok with that answer i kept calling all local ac companies in my area. All of them wanted to charge a fee to come out and assess or just push me to buy a unit. From the minute I called Roe I knew he was going to be my savior. He took the time on the phone to give me my options and was able to come out the next day. Professional, timely at a fair price. I called around 9:30 and Roe was at my house in about an hour. Replaced what was needed, checked working order of other parts. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Highly recommend. Thank you!
