Very disappointed with customer care, can't get these people on the phone... My glasses weren't right , almost waited 5 weeks to pick them up no one let me know they were in... Waited over an hour and 10 minutes trying to get them to answer the phone just to see if they were in after all that time. Would never suggest them to anyone would never go back, for the glasses and exam over 750.00, sufficient staff isn't worth it. Very little selection on frames...

Hey I will like to thank Melanie the lady that helped me with my glasses and the service and detailed attention that I received was excellent and I recommend people to come into Optical Outlets and the service was extremely helpful and excellent, thank you Melanie

Had to go in to get my mother and myself both glasses. Melanie was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. We needed several accommodations and she never rushed us even though she stayed late to help us. The best experience I've ever had getting glasses. I recommend them highly.
