Today was my first time visiting Kalon Facial Bar and I can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner! Pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. I almost fell asleep during my facial, it was so relaxing. Lucy and Marilyn are super sweet and made me feel comfortable from the moment I got there. I walked out feeling like a new woman after my haircut and color, the waxing \\u0026 facial. Such a lovely experience. Definitely will be back soon!

I wouldn't even go here if you can't be nice and welcoming on the phone I don't even want to deal. I can imagine if I'm trusting you with any of my beauty services. I really hate rude people and knowing you have caller ID and you provided bad service I would call someone back and apologize at least but this shows the type of business they are don't really care for people but yet you expect us to pay for you livelihood makes no sense. If someone spoke to you on the phone in this manner you would probably be mad too. So sad how businesses conduct themselves now a days

Where do I start?! I had previously got my eyebrows done but the microblading job was horrible! I was in desperate need to get my brows corrected. I just happened to be in the area and noticed a sign at the mall and said hey take a chance. I met Marilyn and told her my situation which she could see and her words were “ TRUST ME, I CAN FIX THIS!” And she did just that. She’s such a perfectionist and made sure she kept her word. From the time I walked in the door, I was given quality customer service. I sat in the chair and was given the exact cut I asked for without hesitation. No pressure to buy or add services I wasn’t interested in either! The salon was clean and the staff catered to all guest in an efficient and timely manner. I have been going there since I was in the 8th grade I’m now a senior and I dyed my hair and cut it and I love it every time I go in and get my hair done Ms.Marlin always does an amazing job.

Marilyn did a amazing job on my curly hair. I walked into her shop to get a price on how much to fully dye my natural hair and she was able to fill both my mother and I in that same day. Marilyn and her staff are so sweet, I left her establishment feeling confident and with beautiful hair. I highly recommend and will be becoming a regular customer!
