I can not begin to express my gratitude for Howard’s amazing service. First of all I did a very last minute move from nyc to Florida and he was able to accommodate me on his week of vacation. His work was so detailed and full of new homeowner tips and recommendations. DR Horton’s own builder said he’s never seen such a good inspection report and most inspectors do half of the work I was provided. I have in fact followed all of Howard’s recommendations and I feel so secure that I’m keeping my new home safe.

Howard was a huge help during my recent home buying journey. I searched online for a quality inspection company the day after I went under contract, and read nothing but good things about Howard. I booked an appointment on his website on a Saturday afternoon for an inspection the following Monday morning.
