Would have been 5 stars because the majority of the company is amazing at this location. Unfortunately, Ms Kilpatrick is lazy and does not follow up when she says she will. If you are assigned to her, I would ask for someone else unless you’d like to be ignored & then penalized for an employee failing to do their job correctly.
June 8th,2023. I visit this Career Center to do my unemployment the first time. And the ladies was very polite and helpful just pleasant. They deserve a ten stars because now these days you don’t get great customer service. Keep up the great work I know sometimes it get challenging. I appreciate all the help.
