When it comes to hair, brownstone is the way, my daughter got a sew in and I got micro links, best decision. I’ve been coming here for years but as of recently I’ve had a not so pleasant experience. She has a new system I believe. Well I gave her a deposit and set an appointment only to come from a hour away only to not get my hair done and no one to answer my calls and basically never got my deposit back either. Never even got any sort of explanation. All in all I have to just be out a deposit, wasted gas and never got an answer totally unacceptable after years of great experiences. I even thought maybe there was an emergency giving her the benefit of doubt. But it’s been a month now so I’ll just chalk this up and will take my business elsewhere.

Stephanie does a really good job so I want to like this place, but I have had terrible experiences 2 out the 3 times I have ATTEMPTED to get my hair done here. I drove a long way out here to have my hair done by her and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. There are multiple addresses found for this business and I drove to all of them thinking maybe I had the wrong address. There are other braiders just as good and it’s not worth the frustration coming to Brownstones.
