Good morning! I'd like to share my wonderful experience with Nova. Her kindness really helped put me at ease. She is remarkably talented and takes great pride in her work. I received eyebrow threading and purchased powder filler with a brush (matching my burgundy hair, which can be rather difficult) and she even took the time to properly instruct me on its proper application. Nova gives an exceptional service every time I visit. She is very honest with me and gives me tips on how I can improve the look of my eyebrows. She recommends beneficial products for my brows and leaves them looking flawless every time. She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows and I’m always pleased.

It is so hard to find a good eyebrow person. Last year while at the Sanford mall I stumble into Brow Art 23 and went in to try them out bc I was in real need of someone. As I went in Mrs. Nova greeted me and asked me very kindly what service I wanted. I told her that I just wanted to get my eyebrows done, but that I was scared bc I haven’t had much luck when trying someone knew. I sat on the chair, she clean my eyebrows and immediately pointed at some flaws w one of my eyebrows I didn’t mind bc she wasn’t lying. what I loved was that after pointing the flaw, she immediately said keep coming to me and I will fix it little by little and I am still coming to her.
