The salon prioritizes cleanliness, using disposable tools and thoroughly sterilized implements to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. The staff is commended for their attentive and kind customer service, with stylists like Zara and Sing going above and beyond to meet the specific needs of their clients.
One client, who has been visiting the salon on and off for some time, praised the cleanliness and pleasant smell of the salon, even on busy days. They were particularly impressed with the accurate nail style their daughter received, based on an inspirational image she brought in.
Another client, who visited with their husband, appreciated the tailored pedicures they received, with one focused on dry skin and the other on foot and calf muscles. They were impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and the reasonable prices, and plan to return.
The salon also received praise from a first-time visitor who accompanied their mother, a frequent client. They were impressed with the organized polish selection and the authentic, personable, and likable staff. The visitor, who does not typically get pedicures, plans to return after having such a positive experience. Overall, Boutique Nails & Spa is a highly recommended business for its excellent service and attention to detail.
I chipped a nail just two days after my appointment and stopped by expecting to pay for a repair. Instead, they fixed it quickly and didn't make a big deal out of it. That kind of customer service is rare these days. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful.
