Have been trying to get my husband back in there to remove the squamous cancer they found after sending sample and labs came back. For soon to be 3 weeks now, leave message after message, recording says they will call back and still no call backs, no appointment. It's very shabby. Terrible way to run a business. Dr was great but the rest is terrible

What a train wreck of an organization. I scheduled an appointment with them a couple weeks ago, confirmed my insurance was good to go, and fulfilled all the tasks they requested. 20 minutes prior to my appointment yesterday I receive a phone call saying my appointment is cancelled because I was "ineligible". When pressed as to what that means, their front desk advised me that I need to speak to their billing/insurance department to find out what is wrong. I called my insurance and confirmed I was covered and then walked in to speak with them directly. The front desk advised that she was unable to confirm my insurance, so they have to cancel. Just reading these reviews make me not to walk into this office. I’ll make sure Ciga is advised of this horrible forsaken place . My goodness, what must we do to find a set of high quality staff members or DR. With good bedside manners?!!! An abomination to the Hippocratic oath you MDs once made!
