Have been trying to get my husband back in there to remove the squamous cancer they found after sending sample and labs came back. For soon to be 3 weeks now, leave message after message, recording says they will call back and still no call backs, no appointment. It's very shabby. Terrible way to run a business. Dr was great but the rest is terrible

What a train wreck of an organization. I scheduled an appointment with them a couple weeks ago, confirmed my insurance was good to go, and fulfilled all the tasks they requested. 20 minutes prior to my appointment yesterday I receive a phone call saying my appointment is cancelled because I was "ineligible". When pressed as to what that means, their front desk advised me that I need to speak to their billing/insurance department to find out what is wrong. I called my insurance and confirmed I was covered and then walked in to speak with them directly. The front desk advised that she was unable to confirm my insurance, so they have to cancel. When I told them to either call their supervisor or the billing department, they reluctantly reached out and together tried to figure out how to do their job. When it was apparent that they had no clue what they were doing, I advised them that they should probably just call my insurance and confirm that way. Upon confirming my coverage after calling my insurance, they then advised that the provider being assigned to me has not been approved by my insurance yet, so they have to cancel my appointment. While all this was happening, another gentleman showed up for his scheduled appointment. They told him he was late so his appointment was cancelled. He held up his phone showing he was in fact on time, and they still had to reach out to a supervisor to see if he could keep his appointment. The look of exasperation shared between us was no doubt comical in some sense.This office is total clown shoes. Maybe the providers are of a better quality than the rest of the organization, but I have my doubts and will not be coming back to find out. Nor would I recommend others to in light of this experience. What a waste of time.

Just reading these reviews make me not to walk into this office. I’ll make sure Ciga is advised of this horrible forsaken place . My goodness, what must we do to find a set of high quality staff members or DR. With good bedside manners?!!! An abomination to the Hippocratic oath you MDs once made!

Awful service - you call the phone number and get a person who cannot assist you with anything and refuses to transfer you to the right person or give you a different phone number to call. I can't even cancel my appointment because I can't get ahold of anyone.

Worst customer service and no followup. over 3 months after my appointment and they still won't call me and give me my results. But they are still sending me a bill for service. You can't get a person on the phone EVER!

This Sanford office has the nastiest customer service!!! I've had nothing but problems with the girls who are running the front office. Then when you book your appointment 6 months out they always wait til last minute to cancel on you. Not to mention every time you go there is a new PA they never let you know they switched them on you. The rudeness or the front office girls is very appalling. I've recommended people to go here before NEVER AGAIN!!!

I saw Ms. Amanda Hulce and I was sadly disappointed with her expertise and professionalism. I have been having a break out every once and a while. Instead of listening and analyzing my problem she was very dismissive and told me that I am just going to have to take Benadryl for the rest of my life. Waste of my money and time. She also scorned me for being out in the sun during the day. :/

I can't even make appointment. They have a phone service that can't get you to the correct department. I choose a different office to avoid the stress. I called 8x on hold for 30mins. Picked up transferred 3x line disconnected. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.
