Our 50 yr old house shifted 1” on one end right after thanksgiving 25. Had Alpha come inspect- they had aready solution to stabilize the house indefinitely, clear out the musty smell and lift the house so any damage inside along the ceilings could be easily recovered.
They were prompt polite, very informative, went the extra mile with under the house coverage. They encapsulated the crawl space and braced the house with steel beams. From inside the house - a definite tightening was evident. House is tight, quiet & the musty smell is all but gone. Jon George Alex and Zach did an excellent job job wrapping and cleaning up on the crawlspace. KUDOS!
Brandon and Cole were a pleasure to deal with, very professional! The explained everything they were going to do, worked very diligently and ensured we were happy with the results before completing the final paperwork.
