“Got a new roof beginning of 2025, everything was perfect. Until I found a small error, I needed two exhaust vents coming out of the roof not one. I was expecting to be run around, or at the very least be weeks or months away from a fix. Instead my Ryman representative Ed was there the next business day with an associate to modify my roof for the missing vent. I wasn’t even charged anything which I find completely unbelievable. It’s very uncommon a company recognizes that both parties made a simple fixable error and are genuinely happy to come find a solution.

“Due to some electrical work, PDG Roofing came to repair my roof and did a great job. I called and spoke to Paul on a Thursday and he was able to scheduled my job for the following Tuesday. He was prompt and on time and the roof repair looks great. PDG Roofing had replaced our roof back in 2018 and we have had no leaks and it still looks great.
