“Got a new roof beginning of 2025, everything was perfect. Until I found a small error, I needed two exhaust vents coming out of the roof not one. I was expecting to be run around, or at the very least be weeks or months away from a fix. Instead my Ryman representative Ed was there the next business day with an associate to modify my roof for the missing vent. I wasn’t even charged anything which I find completely unbelievable.
