A great place to get your workout done in the middle of the forest!!Here you'll find everything you need, from cardio to weights, and smith machines. The owner (Jordan) is also a very standup guy, and I always felt welcome whenever I walked in. Definitely recommend this place to anyone living or staying in the area for a while.
I have been traveling around the country since retirement chasing the weather and I am always looking for a gym in the local areas. After a quick search online, I came across the gym Fitness Kings. I read a few brief comments about the gym and decided to give it a try. When I walked in, I immediately felt a community feeling where almost everyone seemed to know each other. Love it !! Discovered this gem of a gym purely by accident while camping at the Salt Springs Recreation Area. They accept Silver Sneakers and other Medicare gym programs. Will hit this gym whenever I'm in the area because it has everything I need to workout and everyone is friendly and helpful.
