Washburn Foot & Ankle Center is a comprehensive podiatric medical and surgical facility. The doctors are board certified and highly trained. The team is fully equipped to handle all foot and ankle conditions, including plantar fasciitis, bunions, pain, sprains, and fractures. Patients describe Dr. Washburn as well informed, knowledgeable, and personable. He spent a great deal of time explaining issues and offered alternatives to surgery. He was gentle and precise during a partial nail removal, explaining the procedure to make the patient more comfortable. He always goes above and beyond to help. The office staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. One patient noted the office is beautiful and clean. Another patient felt supported from the very first phone call, with a receptionist who was patient and informative. Nini, the operations manager, was super sweet, warm, and reassuring, calming fears and explaining aftercare. Patients walked in scared and walked out smiling, with no pain. They would highly recommend the center.
Dr Washburn spent a great deal of time explaining the issues with my feet. He is very well informed and was able to offer an alternative to consider instead of surgery. He and his staff were very kind. Beautiful clean office!
I wish I hadn’t put up with a sore toe on and off for so long, hoping pedicures would somehow fix it. By the time I finally called, my toe was infected and I was honestly pretty anxious—but I’m so glad I did.
From the very first phone call, I felt supported. The receptionist who answered the phone took the time to walk me through my scheduling options, especially since I had a root canal scheduled for the following day and my toe was also infected, and she was able to get me in that same day. She was patient, informative, and helped me feel confident about the timing and what made the most sense.

Thank you Dr. Washburn for providing excellent care from start to finish! He thoroughly assessed my injury, and clearly explained the issue after having arranged and reviewed the X-ray and MRI. The entire process was straightforward and professional. I highly recommend!
