Tina was amazing! Hands down the best massage experience I’ve had. The next time I’m in St Pete, this is where I’m going!

Absolutely amazing experience.. A nice lady was able to help my muscle tightness in my shoulders and explain what exercises I can do in the future to assist with the mobility and pain issues I had.
Lovely experience and fair price

My girlfriend and I did a couples massage with Linda and Lacy. They were both great and we will be back!

Mixed experience. The facility is inviting, but could use some work to dial it in. My massage was great, my wife's not so much. The head spa treatment we both got was OK, not quite what were expecting though. Our total visit cost over $500 and while we enjoyed ourselves overall, I can't say for certain that we'll be back. Staff is super nice and it's always a challenge trying a massage spa for the first time as it really is very dependent on who you get to do the service. Not 5 stars, but not 3 stars or less either.

The Oakhouse Spa has become a special tradition for our family. We love bringing our mother here to spoil her for Mother’s Day and her birthday, and it’s always such a meaningful and relaxing experience. We also visit with friends or on our own, and every single time we are reminded why we keep coming back.
The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and inviting, with thoughtful details that make the experience feel special. The Oakhouse Spa is the perfect place to unwind and treat yourself or someone you love.

Staff is very nice. The girl who did my nails was super sweet and polite but did not meet my expectations. First, I noticed her borrowing tools from multiple other coworkers boxes without cleaning before or after. She also caught my skin with the nail clipper so hard I actually screamed in pain and had to pull my hand away. Also, despite taking her time she had so many mistakes that I was scared to ask her to fix my nails- you can see the photos below. Lastly, I made an appointment after a massage at 5 pm and was told I would have to wait until 6 pm because nobody was available to do my nails. I actually had to reschedule for the next day despite the salon having more than 24 hours to fix their scheduling error. Overall, very nice staff but would not recommend.

I went to the Oakhouse for the first time today and received a therapeutic massage from Nicholas. The massage was excellent! I’ve been getting massage monthly for years and I can easily say that today I had one of the best. Nicholas is very skilled, he listens to wants and needs and is a terrific communicator. I highly recommend him.

The spa itself is beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere, which is why I’m especially disappointed that my experience didn’t match the setting. I booked the 60-minute Day of the Feet package expecting a relaxing, rejuvenating treatment, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite.
The massage lacked rhythm and consistent pressure — it felt more pokey and sporadic than soothing. I was never asked if the pressure was comfortable, and the therapist repeatedly focused on the outside and bottom of my feet without giving any attention to the arches.
The peppermint lotion used also contained menthol, which created an unexpectedly cold, almost Bengay-like sensation. I wish I’d been informed about this beforehand so I could have opted out or chosen something else.
On a positive note, the sugar scrub left my feet very soft. However, a lot of the product remained between my toes, and I had to wash it off along with the menthol lotion once I got home.
Overall, the Day of the Feet package has great potential, but the execution really missed the mark. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve future guest experiences, as the spa itself has so much promise.
