Jeffrey just gave me an amazing massage! Super cool dude. Very friendly and comfortable to chat with. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about healing and other humans. I have already recommended him to all of my friends. The space is very relaxing and clean. Easy parking.

This is still my favorite studio. If you want authentic yoga, this is the place. Jeffrey teaches in the Shivananda style. It is an inviting, intimate setting, not some factory yoga studio. If you want the real deal, this is it!

In a city with so many Yoga Studios and styles of yoga, Surya Namaskar really does offer something special. I began practicing yoga in about 2013, at the time I found myself going from yoga studio to yoga studio, (some of which I never even entered) in search of a yoga studio I liked. I wasn't quite sure exactly WHAT I was looking for, but I just KNEW the moment I walked in the door of the Surya Namaskar Studio, I just knew.... this is it! The studio felt like home. I had an immediate sense of welcoming there. I felt like this was the "real deal". All of the teachers I encountered there had something unique to offer and classes were consistently great. Hope you enjoy their classes as much as I have. Namaste

Love the teachers and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Teachers are great at giving instructions and taking care of the class. Always feel welcomed as a big family here at Surya Namaskar

Best yoga I have done! The prices are extremely reasonable especially with student discount and packs. I think it is worth it to come here than other places for those who are serious about improving and trying out real yoga.
