“My eyelashes came out pretty. The place was clean. My eyebrows were threaded just right. The workers were professional and my tech tried her best to fulfill all my detailed requests. My retention wasn't too great though. I know lashes fall off naturally of course, but I expected close to a 3 week retention like mentioned on the site with a red carpet roll-out/mega volume, but got closer to 10-14 days.“
