We love Dr Sanin, she’s so good with our cat and always knows what’s best for her. She’s calm, informative & tries her best to make Lizzy feel at ease. Definitely the best vet we’ve been to.

Will sweetly watch your pet wither away into nothing with a smile, if that's what you're into. In the last hours of my dogs life, I rushed her into this vet. I had witnessed eight syncope episodes that resembled seizures with no ictal. I brought her to the vet, paid them even more money just to keep an eye on her, and prayed they did their job just to end up questioning my faith. After hours of observation and a night of absolutely no sleep as my dog had syncope episodes, the vet concluded she had not had any episodes in front of them, but what I had seen must have been a seizure, they insisted. I - not being a vet but a student of biomedicine - accepted their correction for a phenomena they didn't notice and begged for anti-convulsants, terrified my ESA would die. They told me if I wanted anti-convulsants I had to see them again tomorrow. They would not give me the emergency medication. I truly trusted that appearances aren't everything, just because someone is making soulless and greedy decisions doesnt mean they're soulless and greedy - I mean they smiled right in my face and all, right? Wrong. As soon as she got home, more syncope episodes, except this time they were longer and different. by the 3rd one it was a full grand mal as we ran to my parking garage to get her to an emergency vet. So at this point, my neighbors, my best friend, me, my other best friend, and my doorman have all observed the episodes the vet said did not exist and refused to treat. We get to the emergency vet, they are confused about the constant blood tests, the assurance that mast cell cancer doesnt form in the lung (it does. a google search says it does.), the lack of prednisone immediately after her diagnosis (first line treatment. they suggested 600$ allergy shots monthly instead of a 40$ medication every single other vet would have prescribed), just a laundry list. And finally, discover her lung is filled with fluid that had been building as well as a six inch tumor by her heart causing what I had told them it was - syncope.
I'd leave my dog alone with Michael Vick before this vet; I would say never again but now my dog is dead. If I were to list all the decisions that were made that confused me and all of my best friends end of life vets about her healthcare made by these vets, I think I'd have to separate it into chapters - chapters I save for anyone asking for vet recommendations. My dog was used as breeding dog before I rescued her, a miserable life. They made sure her death was too.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything and is helping me treat my dog with only what’s needed first. My dog is reactive and scared and they took care of him. Best experience we’ve ever had. They price matched the chewable tablets my dog needed. I highly recommend this veterinarian. Specifically Dr. Sanin.
