Liberty Air Heating & Cooling, Inc. is amazing. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Vince arrived right on time, was very thorough, and did an excellent job. He is polite and courteous. Another technician, Jordan, was on time, very professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem. Adam and his technicians installed a new unit while a customer was out of state, and the house was nice and cold upon return. Vince also fixed an AC unit within the hour and resolved a fan motor issue after inspecting outside and inside. Liberty Air is an honest and trustworthy company. The response to calls is prompt, and the service is great. Liberty Air came highly recommended by friends who have used them for years. Customers would never use anyone else and will not hesitate to use Liberty Air for a replacement. Highly recommended.
Adam Bardhart, owner of Liberty Air ~ Heating & Cooling, recently started this business after the death of his former boss who was the owner of CSMP Heating & Air. That company is no longer in business. Adam was their lead Climate Control Specialist. He is dedicated, knowledgable and an honest businessman who goes the extra mile to satisfy his clients. He even offers AC loaner units when service may encounter unexpected delays. He offers sales, service, system replacement, seasonal tune ups, air quality management and financing. I ed right on time. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. He is also very polite and courteous. Please send him back the next time we need maintenence/service.
I had a prompt response to my call. Jordan the technician was on time, very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and that is being taken care of. We know will have to replace this unit sooner than later. We will not hesitate to use Liberty Air for that replacement. Liberty Air came highly recommended friends of our who have used them for years. 5 stars plus
