She listens to what you want, asks questions, and ensures you are completely happy, never making you feel rushed. Many clients report being happier with their hair, achieving a more natural, less washed out, and more youthful look away from frequent bleach and tone. The studio is lovely with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Services are reasonably priced, and the stylist does not double book or push products. I met Karla years ago when she was doing my aunt’s hair. Karla goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. She personally came to my aunt’s house to shave her head while she underwent chemo. Fast forward to today…I went in for a long overdue change from curly, gray, drab brown hair to what I hoped would be a drastic change. Saying I walked out of the salon feeling like a whole new person is an understatement. Karla did not rush me in and out like previous hairstylists have. Karla does an excellent job and gets it just right each time! I have been in the process of going from a bleach and tone to a more natural look and am so happy with the results! After my last appointment, I was actually stopped twice before I got home and given compliments on my hair! I would recommend Karla to anyone!
Karla has been my stylist for about 20 years and I think she is just elite. Karla is an absolute pro with color and cuts and gets it right every time. Karla was able to get me away from the bleach and tone I had been doing for years and gave me a less washed out, more youthful look- not to mention getting me away from the monthly, tied down visits to the salon and much healthier hair. I have never been happier with my hair. She is also reasonably priced, does not try to push products on you, does not double book and is a friend.
