My 83 old great grandmother has been trying to get her hair cut for months. Scheduled an appointment on 4/2/2024 for 3:30pm on 5/25/2024. She was so excited to finally get her hair cut. When we got there Jeanine said that she couldn’t cut her hair even though we showed her the text message that confirmed the date and time and when she made the appointment. The last time she had an appointment she waited over 45 minutes and had to leave. This hairdresser really needs help with her time management. I feel sad for my great grandma because she still wasn’t able to get a haircut.?
