Fit For Life Fitness Center is the beach's premier full-service health club, open 24/7. It is welcoming, very friendly, and very clean. The center promotes fitness, health, and quality of life for adults of all ages and abilities. It includes a yoga, Pilates, dance, and spin studio, and hosts a bunch of classes in a spacious classroom perfectly suited for all types. The gym is small but has enough equipment for any workout. It offers personal training, physical therapy, and massage by appointment. With a very convenient location near the beach and great parking, it provides great value.
Really enjoy Eileen's Plyojam/strength classes. I've been taking them online for a while, but attending live classes ramps up the fun. The Fit For Life center is welcoming, and the classroom is spacious and perfectly suited for all types of fitness classes. Very convenient location and parking has never been a problem.
I was spending a little time in Saint Pete and this gym was conveniently located near my Airbnb and the beach. It's a 24/7 gym that has staff through the early afternoon. It's small but it has enough equipment for any workout. On my trip I paid around $70 for a month. They also host a bunch of classes that I haven't taken. Great value and location.
Fit For Life Fitness Center is an awesome gym. It's clean, safe and all the people are nice. Ricky is a personal trainer who does a fantastic job of guiding you to make sure you don't hurt yourself and accomplish your goals. The price is nice too.
