We've been using CHSM for several years now. Our experience has been in annual exams, urgent care, and physical therapy for teens, middle age and seniors. Joan at the front desk is outstanding. The office is run very efficiently and even short notice, same day sick call visits are seen with a punctuality rare in medical offices. All the medical practitioners we have seen have been superb. Most answer messages timely even on weekends, though there have been occasions where it might take a couple days. I'd recommend CHSM without reservation.
