Karelis was exceptional. She went above and beyond assisting me with an insurance issue as well as making several calls to check the availability of a particular frame. Amazing kind, efficient staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate my son not only on short notice, but Mr. Woods helped my teenager for at least 20 minutes to half an hour trying to fit him for contacts. Trying to encourage my son to get it right by providing suggestions and hands on help. I felt so bad that multiple staff assisted and finally succes, from a squimish, anxious teenager nervous about sticking his finger in his eye with such a delicate contact! He will be choosing 🤓 but not for a lack of trying and great help from a thoughtful staff!
