I used Tristan at Summit Property Inspections for a home inspection on a single family unit I was purchasing. Scheduling was easy and detailed report came back within a day. Great service!
The inspector Wesley Hagar was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Everything was covered completely. He asked if I was satisfied and answered my questions with knowledge. I am very satisfied and will use Summit Property Inspections Inc again.
A few areas to improve.
The team did a good job on documenting and creating the official narrative for the home inspection. Met the VA loan paperwork requirements.
However, the write ups were weak and there seemed to be limited effort doing the hard assessments such as drone footage of the roof or spending more time beyond the attic entrance in the garage to assess any other issues out of sight.
Lots of inspection add on options like pools and termites which were decent and met the VA requirement for loans.
