“I had an amazing experience at The Wax Room! Britney was phenomenal — she made the whole process so comfortable. I’ve been to many other wax rooms before, but they either left me with pain, ingrown hairs, or patches of hair. This was completely different. Britney was quick, thorough, and I felt very little pain during the wax.

I also tried the vagina facial, which was so relaxing and really helped clear out ingrown hairs. On top of that, I got a back facial, and it was calming and refreshing from start to finish.

“Erichelle did my lashes today and I am so so impressed! Im probably every lash artists worst nightmare because my lashes NEVER lift due to them being so long, coarse and down turned. Not only did she get them to lift the first time more than I've ever seen, but she even stopped a second and said hey, let me try this again. They're good but they can be better. I came in today because I have been wanting to try last extensions for a while but have been nervous to try them. I found Alissah through my brow girl and immediately messaged her with many questions and she responded so kindly and eloquently–I booked right after that. I’m completely blown away by how sweet, welcoming, and TALENTED both Alissah and Megan were today and definitely recommend them both. I brought my mom with me, she can be a lot but Megan calmed her nerves down and made her feel so comfortable that she fell asleep during the service (I also was dozing off). The studio is so clean and cute, even the soap in the bathroom smells amazing. 10/10 will be back and can NOT stop staring at my stunning lashes.“

As someone who’s pregnant, I was a little nervous about finding an esthetician who could accommodate my need to avoid laying on my back for long periods of time. “For a girls day out with my nieces and some back to school shopping I brought them in to get their eyebrows done, one for the first time and one for the second. Maddie is 11 and stubborn, of course, so naturally she insisted that she could handle getting the threading done like I do vs getting them waxed like her older sister said she was doing. Weeeellll... about 30 seconds into it she was crying and stopped breathing. LOL. The lady knew it was her first time so was patient with her and had me assist with holding her eye brow area so that Maddie could concentrate on breathing. Her sister held her hand during the process too. While 'Lil Mari (named after me, so sweet) was getting her brows done, the lady did the waxing as requested but unfortunately, she had several small hairs that the wax did not attach too so she asked if she could thread the small areas to get all the needed hair removed since you cannot wax again over the same spot and explained to Lil Mari that it would be faster and less painful that plucking one by one. She agreed to it and thankfully Lil Mari did not have the same reaction to it as Maddie did. I appreciated the time and care that she took with my nieces to make their experience the best it could be and though Maddie's wasn't perfect due to the pain of threading, I did get some really great photos of the process for our family to have for her HS graduation or some other embarrassing moment. LOL.“
