I have PCOS and it’s super embarrassing and really hard to manage. Especially on your face. She made it as painless as possible and applied powder and cooling gel when she could tell I needed it. It was my first time waxing at all. Chloe was an absolute dream! Made me feel so good about myself, the process and just really took her time explaining things, had me text her products I was already using to make sure her recommendations didn’t counteract what I use…. Up until now, I have never gotten my brows done professionally. I always did them myself because I have extremely thick brows and was worried about someone thinning them out too much. My friend told me to see Ashby at Wax Room and she does an AMAZING job. I will never go back to doing my own brows. Ashby takes her time and pays attention to detail because she knows how much I care about maintaining my thickness.
