Allan and Antonio are amazing! They were professional while being very personable. Their work was excellent. Allan did a thorough job of explaining the work, showing us photos, and giving us options. Had ductwork inspected and growth encapsulated. Allan and Antonio clearly knew what to do and shared many photos of what their inspection identified. They shared three options for resolving the issues and we chose the mid-priced option. We have used Burgess gor over 25 years and find them responsive, professional and dependable.
So today I had my air ducts cleaned by Burges air. They come to my house twice a year to do a maintenance check which is wonderful. Since my air ducts had not been cleaned for several years I decided to have them cleaned by Burges air.
My service guys were Allen and Antonio. Both extremely professional, knowledgeable and humble. They came in did a great job and cleaned every air vent which I was not expecting. In addition I had them install a UV light inside the air unit which helps to keep the motor dry due to the humidity here in florida.
