after our boys we got from Ruskin House of Shepherds, passed on after 13 years. my daughter and I went to Tina for our second time. when you have shepherds as smart and as loving as the ones we had, you go back looking for the same bloodline. Tina is very knowledgeable and stead fast on the well being of her dogs and pups. she helped us get two new brothers that were just as intelligent as the ones before. Tina's blood line of Shepherds are extremely smart and loyal. we wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else for our shepherds.
One of our customers came into our store with a stunning male GSD puppy. He brought him in many times & was training him as a service dog. The puppy had the most gentle, calm temperament- even at 8 months old! When I asked him who the breeder was he told me it was Tina at Ruskin’s House of Shepherds. When my dog passed away several months ago, I knew I needed another companion. That’s when I called Tina. I inquired about an adult & she gave me some information. I sat on that for several weeks & then drove down to see her dogs. What I asked for: Healthy, great temperament, affectionate, likes people & other dogs, likes to go in the car. What I got was a stunning 5 year old female. She has a lovely temperament & is very affectionate- I just adore her! It takes a dog a bit to settle in & learn their way around when going to a new home. It’s only been a few weeks & Ona is adapting very nicely. She loves car rides & her daily walks. I’ve just started reviewing her training with her & she is so smart! I’m so grateful to have Ona in our family!🐾
My husband and I went and visited with Tina yesterday and he was able to find his service dog! We were so pleased with how well kept every single one of her dogs were that she has on her property. My husband started looking for a service dog a short time ago. He was getting discouraged, but this beautiful 4 month old girl took to him so well and he is so happy. I will absolutely post another review with pictures when we go and pick her up in about a week. I cannot thank Tina and Ruskin House enough for the time and patience she took with my husband to find the right fit for him. Tina is very knowledgeable and you can absolutely see the love she has for what she does and every single one of her dogs!
