We did business with KSM when we first moved here in 2021 because we have a dog and wanted him to be able to roam in the backyard. KSM was super responsive, friendly and reasonably priced. Fast forward to a couple of months ago, we needed the fence to come down temporarily to have a pool installed. Again they came out and took down the fence panels we needed for the install and today they returned to to put the fence back up. They went above and beyond, because the pool installers removed extra parts of the fence and told me the KSM guys did it, they also dug up the concrete for the fence. The KSM crew came out today and put it back and it looks like it was never ripped out by the the pool installers. I can't thank them enough for their quickness, efficiency, and professionalism.Service: Aluminum fence installation

My husband and I have had the hardest time getting in touch with this company. We have tried to understand their situation as they couldn’t ever talk in the phone, just text. Today my husband flew down to do the final walk through of our house and had an appointment with this company at 4 and the appointment was pushed back 3 times.. my husband flies back home tonight and couldn’t make the appointment after they kept pushing it back. Very disappointed and now we’re having to hurry and find another fence company since we move in a week.
