I was looking for a computer repair place and found Erik on the Internet. His reviews were great and when I called him he told me I could come immediately. In a few minutes he found the problem and even ordered the damaged part for me, as I do not know how to order from Amazon. He and his lovely daughter are very helpful and they are just very nice people. The price was great too. I am very happy that I choose him. Thanks Erik!

I went into Eric’s shop not knowing why my computer kept blue-screening. Eric let me sit next to him and watch as he troubleshot the problem, explaining things I didn’t know and pointing out what needed to be replaced. He figured out the issue and gave great advice. The customer service was amazing—if you’re having computer issues, I definitely recommend Eric!

Eric has been a phenomenal asset to our local small business. We are family owned & operated, and aren’t the most tech-savvy but Eric never fails to come to our rescue no matter how simple or complicated the task. Most recently, he was able to rebuild & save all of our 20+ years worth of documentation that was nearly destroyed in storm surge from Hurricane Helene. Within 12 hours of the surge going down, he was picking up our computer & doing whatever he could to salvage the files for us. Eric should be everyone’s go to computer guy! There is no one better.
