I had the pleasure of stopping by the Sun City Center store and was impressed by the top notch customer service delivered by Don. He was gracious with his time and provided me with a lot of great information. I stopped in to have my FOB battery replaced and Don was able to do it in less than 5 mins. I was also impressed to learn about their lifetime FOB battery plan; you pay once and you can keep returning at no extra cost, what a great deal.

The absolute best customer service I’ve had anywhere in years. They spent hours in the hot sun to program a key for my car until it was working correctly. I highly recommend coming here if you want to feel special and get what you need taken care of. I can’t say enough positive things about the two gentlemen that took care of me today. Thank You!!

Wow I am always a little cautious of places anymore- especially when it comes to service- but I have to give Brian 5 stars he wasn’t giving up until he could program my new fob and made sure I was happy with the service- great job Brian
