I have an aquaguard on my ac unit that shuts the ac off if a line is clogged. My ac went off at 6 30 pm so I called A Plus and Steve answered the phone and tried to help me unclog the line giving instructions over the phone to save a service call. I could not figure it out so he had a service man... Tim , come out first thing in the morning. Tim fixed the problem and explained in detail how to fix the problem in the future. I had an A/C drain line problem. I called A-plus at about 9am and Steve told me he could be out at 4pm the same day. At 3:55 he was at my door and went right to work. By 5 he had the problem fixed and to say I wad happy was an understatement. A-plus was fast and super friendly so I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
