I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chelsea McGregor. She is professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly, and I felt truly cared for throughout my visit. She addressed my concerns with compassion and understanding, which made the appointment feel very comfortable.
After my visit, I ran into an issue with my insurance and the pharmacy that required a prior authorization. Dr. McGregor went above and beyond by completing the authorization the very next day and personally following up with me multiple times to ensure everything was handled correctly. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this optometrist. Today, I was seen by Dr. McGregor, who was absolutely wonderful. I had some concerns about an issue with my eye, but she reassured me and educated me that everything was fine. I also had the pleasure of working with Ms. Gretchen, who was an absolute joy and hilarious. She went above and beyond to help me find some frames that actually fit and complemented my face.
