We recently moved to a new neighborhood and stumbled upon this nail salon, and I have to say, my experience was absolutely fantastic! Kat was so attentive to my boyfriend and me, and we both got pedicures and manicures. She was amazing! The customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we’re definitely planning to return!
My daughter Trinity and I have been loyal clients of Lotus for several years now, and it truly feels like our home away from home! ? The warm, family-oriented atmosphere and the genuine care they show every customer are exactly what keep us coming back. ?
The service is consistently exceptional, and we always leave feeling so pampered. A special highlight for Trinity is always the snacks and beverages—she absolutely loves the tea! ☕️ It’s those thoughtful touches that make every visit so professional yet personal.

Arrived early to opening and was a walk-in. Staff was super kind and able to fit me in. The experience didn’t feel rushed at all! The pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had (more of a spa treatment with all the massaging, etc., than just a simple pedicure). My nails turned out exactly how I wanted. The staff was communicative and responsive to any feedback. Clearly took pride in a clean environment/work space. They had snacks and drinks. Everyone who walked in was in a good mood and were clearly past happy customers, another great sign of a well run salon. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in town! Thank you!!!
