Today was Tilly’s first bath and she was so nervous. Vickie and the girls were amazing with her and us. We did the self bath and they explained and showed us what to do and even came to check how we did. We plan to go back weekly and absolutely give Jake’s Bath House a 10 out of 10.
Was in need of a self service bath station for my dog Sage and found Jake’s. I’ve never used one before but they just said “just bring a dirty dog and we’ll have the rest!” The staff was so helpful in getting her in the tub, especially as she is super anxious. They kept both of us calm and ready to try something new! Once she was settled I had everything I needed and for $22 I didn’t have to clean anything other than my dog! Will definitely be back!
I recently took my dog to Jake’s Bath House for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making both me and my pup feel right at home. They took the time to understand my dog's specific grooming needs and preferences, which really impressed me.
The grooming itself was fantastic! My dog came out looking absolutely adorable, with a shiny coat and perfectly trimmed nails.
