Absolutely best first visit today. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff. The dental assistant was so sweet and knowledgeable, she explained and broke things down for me. Hygienist was very nice also. Dr Shraiteh ensured to explain things to me and I appreciated that she heard my concerns. I love that she takes a conservative approach with treatment as well. I started my Invisalign journey 7 months ago, and all I can think is, I wish I would have done this sooner! I always thought Invisalign was going to be painful, or uncomfortable, but I have Experience little to no pain during this process. The first week is hard but after that, switching out your trays each week just feels like pressure but no real pain for me. I have gaps, high canines and a deep bite. Today was my first visit to House of Smiles Dental, and I truly can't say enough about how amazing my experience was.
A couple of years ago, I had a traumatic experience with another dentist that left me with severe anxiety and even panic attacks when it comes to dental visits. Since then, I honestly haven't walked into a dental office where I truly felt comfortable or safe.
