My journey began with Alicia at the front desk, who welcomed me with immense kindness and grace. She went completely above and beyond by contacting my insurance provider to sort out every detail, ensuring that I didn’t have to pay a single dollar or cent out of pocket for both my exam and cleaning.
Within just minutes of my arrival, Dr. Shayan Ghodsi generously agreed to see me to review my past X-rays. Dr. Ghodsi is remarkably brilliant, calm, and reassuring. He was accompanied by Johanna, a wonderful nurse who is the epitome of politeness, efficiency, and dedication.
The next morning, I returned for my cleaning session with Kety, the dental hygienist, and she was an absolute revelation. Kety is highly skilled, remarkably thorough, and possesses a genuine, beautiful smile that instantly puts you at ease. Her exceptional character and elite technique made the session entirely seamless.
Leaving a medical facility with top-tier care and a $0 balance is rare, but finding a team with this level of genuine human touch is even rarer.
