I've been a patient at 11700 Royal Palm Bch Blvd, Royal Palm since 2019 when it was Healthy Partners. When Cano Health took over there were a lot of changes. As a patient is was very frustrating and confusion. Staff was changing regularly, including doctors. In Dec 2025, I tore my rotator cuff. I was having difficulty finding my way through the new system. I felt overwhelmed by it all. I took months to wade through the changes. I was ready to change doctor's offices, but was mid crisis with my shoulder. Ashley came in as Office Mgr and things started to change. I have been a patient at cano health for 9 years and it has been the best experience I have ever had. Today I saw Danielle Stook NP she was the absolute best great listener and great personality. The girls at the front desk are the sweetest and very helpful. If u want to experience a great doctors office when u walk in you’ll get to know Jerecua Nelson,Daniela and Cherry very welcoming and helpful the sweetest front desk workers I’ve ever dealt with. Ginny is also part of the front desk she has a great personality and will help u with any questions u need answered the women will go out of their way for there patients. My family was in urgent need of documents to secure assistance for my parents, and I cannot thank Ashley and Daniela enough for the time and care they gave us throughout the process.
