It’s a complete sales and service store for sure. Busy sales and service when I was there. Unfortunately, nothing is as cheap as it once was. Wondering if we are getting to point of everything is throw away because of total cost to repair. I will use them again.
Knowledgeable and professional. I have been buying parts from here for many years. They always had what I needed in stock and always treated me professionally. I was looking to purchase my first zero turn mower. I was greeted by Jay. He answered all my questions and explained the difference between each mower. He also provided me with a lot of knowledge that I wasn't aware of as it pertained to the history of the mower companies. So I’m house sitting for a friend. I decided to mow the lawn. It was not expected of me but I wanted to do it for them. You know the old saying, no good deed goes unpunished. Well wouldn’t you know it… I hit something and bent the blade.. In a panic I called Jason at Rockledge Mower & Service and asked if I could bring it in right away for a new blade, due to me not being able to remove it. He said to bring it over and he would take care of it. He quickly removed the old blade and installed a new one.
