I have been using Sparkles for years, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Every team member who shows up is friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient-they get right to work and no time is wasted. My home is always spotless and smells wonderful. I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Most importantly, I've never had an issue with anything missing, which speaks volumes about their trustworthiness. Reliable, fast and consistent. I highly recommend.
Consistent results with a little bit of flare once in a while.. Sometimes their team does fun, extras with towels, bedding and toilet paper. The creativity is a fun surprise and the extra effort is indicative of the quality work team does.
I have been a customer of New Sparkles going on 3 years now. I use their service to clean both my rental property and my personal property, and I'm very happy with their service. The front office manager is easy to talk to and very clear on what is included and what is not included. From day one of being in contact with this company there is always great communication, shout out to Heather! She will make sure schedules are met for rental properties and if I notice something that needs to be touched up they will make it happen and fix it if it is within their scope of work.
