Dropped by the salon and explained I have an illness which makes it difficult to make appointments & keep them. Was told to come back the next day since more people would be working. I understood the hairdresser was busy and went back the next day and was told to make an appointment. Explained myself again concerning my issues, but was pushed to make an appointment anyway for the next day, an appointment which I had to cancel and which was embarrassing, and I hated wasting the hairdresser's time. I've been a client at Melanie's for 15+ years. Liz is fabulous! Always has a smile and does a great job with my color! She brings none of the drama that you find at alot of salons. I always look forward to seeing her every 4 weeks! Thanks Liz!

I just had a pedicure done here for the first time, my nail technician was Natsuyo. I don't think I've ever had such a meticulous and detail oriented pedi ever in my life. Natsuyo took the time to trim, take care of cuticles, file my nail down. I wanted jelly nails, and she actually mixed a color for me to achieve the look I desired. I was so very impressed I'm never going anywhere else.
