I called MAC 5 Services for AC services. My units inside fan motor was running continuously and would not turn off without pulling the breaker. Then I had no AC. They were able to get a tech out that morning. Mike Campion was the service tech. He was very thorough and while he was going over both inside and outside units, he also educated me on how they work and what to expect of them. He very much so had a professional attitude. He was able to fix the problem and I was very thankful! I definitely felt good with the service I received from Mike and MAC5 Services!

Jorge and Mike were great. Mike came out early Tuesday to get the diagnostic and was very helpful, helping me understand what was going on and what needed to be ordered. Jorge came out on Saturday (they had earlier appointment slots, that was just my earliest availability) and got the repairs sorted out very quickly

Mac 5 is always a great service to work with. Today Christopher came out and checked my AC. He was amazing. Told me all the test he was doing then explained it all to me at the end. Needed to do a minor service to keep my system running smoothly and was able to do it today and gave me a great deal with a coupon too. Christopher was very patient and did fantastic work.
