We needed an emergency visit for our A/C unit - the house was heating up and getting uncomfortable. We called three companies before MAC, all indicated the next day or the day after was the soonest they could get someone to our home. MAC let us know they could have someone that day - Larry was upbeat, courteous, intelligent, patient, and explained everything he was doing and why, and even cleaned up the puddle under the unit.
