Pete did a nice, quick diagnosis of the problem with my Air Conditioner, replaced the Starting Capacitor, and was gone in a half hour. Tanks for providing quick and effective service.
We highly recommend American Air and Plumbing as a quality provider of a/c equipment and superb installation.We have used American and Plumbing for all our a/c needs since 1995 (or so). They have always been fair and professional. So, when we needed a new heat pump, Mark from American Air came by the same day we called (a Friday).Professional and friendly, he explained our choices. We selected the Daikin heat pump. The following Monday, Eric and Hunter arrived and installed the unit. Despite rain and wind, they completed the job with very little mess. I called these guys up to install an undercounter RO system for me and Paul and Neil came out the next day. They were absolute pros. I'm very picky and they communicated with me the entire time and did it exactly as I wanted - of course making recommendations along the way.. Would not hesitate to recommend this business to friends and family.
