I was pleased with the service and with only 2 or 3 requests, I was able to have my test results sent to my doctor to review. I had no calls back as promised, but the results were negative. I felt the doctor assistant that examained me was very professional and nice. The front office personnel were very nice too. I would recommend this office in Merritt Island.

I had been looking for a doctors office to make my new PCP for months and I kept getting shuffled around from office to office hearing the same things. I was trying to continue my prescription regimen that I had already been on for a while but Each new doctor I saw wanted to take me off one medication that worked and put me on two new medications. I was so frustrated and ready to give up until I walked into Brevard Family Walk-in. From the moment I walked in, the women behind the counter were welcoming and went above and beyond. I've been going there for a couple of months now and I love it. Everyone has been super nice and professional. I see the same PA and she’s the best. I feel comfortable and at ease with her, even though visiting a doctor's office is NOT my favorite thing. Highly recommend!
