This is the second time using Anna’s and again I am very pleased. Izaak was very professional and did a great job, and the prices have been fair each time. If I have an AC or plumbing problem in the future, I will only call Anna’s.
Our A/C went out during the night. We called Anna’s and were able to a technician visit the same day. Chris, our Tech, came and identified the issue immediately. The issue was taken care of without any additional cost other than the $79.00 service charge. I will definitely call Anna’s again for my Air Conditioning problems. A plus was the text I received in advance allowing me to know who was coming and when he would arrive.
