My A/C system died last night and lickedty split Mike came to the rescue and trouble shot the problem. Because I had their superior maintenance program there was no charge. American Air is the bomb!

The entire process was smooth, and the sales team did a great job walking me through my options, answering all of my questions, and helping me choose the right AC system for my home. There was never any pressure, just honest, knowledgeable guidance.
A huge shoutout to Zac and Jaydin, who handled the installation. They were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was installed correctly before they left. They also took the time to explain the new system and answered all of my questions.
It's refreshing to work with a company that values both quality workmanship and great customer service. Jacob did a great job of redirecting my electrical wiring to install a switch for my new garbage disposal. I’ll be asking him back to do some more electrical work. American has been so accommodating for my plumbing and electrical needs.
