Alter is an outstanding business. The technicians are professional, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. This is our go to company for our personal computer needs and for our home office needs. They never disappoint!
I have utilized their services twice- both times they were extremely helpful. The 2nd one was a challenge for Justin & he kept at it until he got a result. Jen was just as helpful as she transported my heavy desktop computer to my car as she remembered that I had back issues. I already told Jen I’m coming back with a third project for them. I highly recommend them.
Really pleasant to work with. Jen is great. Took my eco printer for cleaning after years of neglect. Jeremy was determined to get two stubborn jets unclogged and was successful. Appreciated his determination and tenacity. Pricing was good too.
