Initially had a hack on my computer and once Altec cleaned it out, I decided to use their cyber security. Recently had connection issue and rather than have me bring pc to him, Wyatt walked me through a couple options until he was able to get my computer to reestablish connection. Appreciate their help and professionalism! Now that internet hacking and attacks are so prevalent, I'm thrilled to have found a company to protect my online footprint. Thank you, Altec!
Don't you love it when you come across a place that's honest and does great work? Well, that's Altec. I was having problems with my Canon laser printer/copier and brought it in to to see if it could be repaired. Jeremy assessed the issue, which, after significant time invested, turned out to be minor (whew!). He then gave it some maintenance, as I had never done anything except use it for six years. The price for all of it was just $55. Jen in the office was very helpful on the phone and in person. If you need help with your computer, printer or copier -- this is the place to try first.
Not many straight forward and honest companies that deliver excellent service and advice with your needs put first.
